明志科技大學

　　第36屆台塑企業運動大會於11月8日上午8時在明志科技大學田徑場隆重舉行，今日艷陽高照、天氣晴朗，為盛典揭開完美序幕。開幕典禮由吳嘉昭總裁親自主持，海內外選手、同仁、眷屬及貴賓齊聚一堂，共襄盛舉。清晨起，各公司代表隊、啦啦隊、退休員工代表及觀眾陸續入場，現場洋溢熱烈歡騰氛圍。在全場熱烈掌聲中，總裁與中外貴賓互致問候，隨即由典禮組宣布開幕典禮正式開始。

　　八點整，雄壯的進行曲響起，運動員進場揭開序幕。隊伍包括總管理處、台塑、南亞、台化、台塑石化、台塑河靜、長庚體系、第一銀行、中華郵政、福懋、南亞科技、明志科技大學、明志校友、優良從業人員及退休人員聯誼會，共15隊、逾4千人參與，隊伍浩大、場面壯觀。選手們精神奕奕、士氣高昂，充分展現團隊風采與運動精神，為後續賽事蓄勢待發。

　　隨後，大會會旗進場，由八位明志同學高舉會旗步入場中，並由李嘉凌與黃柏元同學傳遞聖火至聖火台，點燃象徵薪火相傳與奮鬥不息的聖火。伴隨〈明志校歌〉樂聲，大會會旗緩緩升起，象徵運動盛會正式展開。主席致詞與貴賓介紹後，由明志李蘊芳同學領誓運動員，場面莊嚴肅穆。隨著禮成樂響起，五彩氣球飛上天空，將典禮氣氛推向最高潮。

　　典禮結束後，緊接著登場的是本日第一項運動賽事—企業主管及貴賓帶頭參與的5000公尺慢跑。上午8時45分由吳嘉昭總裁鳴槍起跑，企業主管與中外貴賓熱情參與，在觀眾與啦啦隊加油聲中順利跑完全程，為運動大會注入熱力，揭開激戰序幕。

　　自上午9時起，各項運動競賽、文藝展覽、美食園遊會及校史室導覽亦於校園各區同步展開，場內外人潮湧動，熱鬧非凡，充分展現企業大家庭的凝聚力與活力。

　　本屆運動會以「革新銳變，致力卓越」為主題，期勉台塑同仁秉持勇於創新、團結奮進的精神，在瞬息萬變的環境中穩健前行，持續突破與成長，共創更卓越的未來。

　　The 36th Formosa Plastics Group (FPG) Sports Games was grandly held at 8:00 a.m. on November 8 at the track and field stadium of Ming Chi University of Technology. Under bright sunshine and pleasant weather, the ceremony opened in a vibrant and joyful atmosphere. The event was personally presided over by President Wu Chia-chao, with athletes, employees, family members, and guests from domestic and overseas affiliates gathered to celebrate the much-anticipated sports festival.

　　As the majestic march played, the athletes’ parade marked the official start of the Games. Fifteen teams representing the General Management Department, Formosa Plastics, Nan Ya Plastics, Formosa Chemicals & Fibre, Formosa Petrochemical, Formosa Ha Tinh, the Chang Gung Group, First Bank, Chunghwa Post, FMM, Nanya Technology, Ming Chi University of Technology, Ming Chi Alumni Association, Outstanding Employees, and the Retirees’ Association—over 4,000 participants in total—marched into the stadium with high spirits and unity.

　　The ceremony continued with the flag and torch relay, led by Ming Chi students Li Chia-ling and Huang Po-yuan, who lit the flame symbolizing perseverance and the passing of the torch across generations. As the anthem played and the FPG flag was raised, the Games were officially declared open. Following the oath led by student Li Yun-fang, colorful balloons filled the sky, bringing the ceremony to a lively climax.

　　Immediately after the ceremony, the first sporting event—the 5,000-meter fun run led by executives and distinguished guests—commenced at 8:45 a.m. President Wu fired the starting pistol, sending runners off amid cheers from the audience and cheer squads, symbolizing the start of the day’s spirited competitions.

　　From 9:00 a.m., various sports events, the art exhibition, food fair, and campus history tours were held across the Ming Chi campus, drawing large crowds and creating a festive atmosphere that reflected the unity and enthusiasm of the FPG family.

　　This year’s Games were themed “Innovation and Transformation, Striving for Excellence,” highlighting the courage, teamwork, and determination of FPG employees as they continue to pursue progress and excellence in a rapidly changing world.
