十三、申訴：
（一）比賽爭議：

　在規則上有明文規定者，或有同等意義之註明者，以裁判員之判決為終決不得提出申訴。
　資格問題之爭議，應於賽前或比賽進行中提出，賽後不予受理。

（二）申訴：

    合法之申訴，在比賽當時得用口頭申訴外，應於該場比賽結束後卅分鐘內，填妥大會規定之申訴書（競賽規程後頁之附表），由領隊簽章後，連同保證金参仟元整向該項裁判長提出。最後判決以審判委員會決議為終決，不得異議。
    審判委員會決議抗議不成立時，得沒收保證金為大會應用。

13. Protests:

(1) Competition Disputes:

• If the rules explicitly provide a regulation, or include a note of equivalent meaning, the referee’s decision is final and no protest may be filed.

• Disputes regarding eligibility must be raised before or during the competition; protests submitted after the event will not be accepted.

(2) Filing a Protest:

• A valid protest may be made verbally during the competition. In addition, a written protest must be submitted within 30 minutes after the conclusion of the match using the official protest form (attached at the back of the competition regulations).

• The form must be signed and stamped by the team leader and submitted, along with a NT$3,000 deposit, to the referee in charge of the event.

• The final decision of the protest is made by the Judging Committee and is final and binding.

• If the Judging Committee rules the protest invalid, the deposit will be forfeited to the organizing committee.
