十三、申訴:
(一)比賽爭議:
在規則上有明文規定者,或有同等意義之註明者,以裁判員之判決為終決不得提出申訴。
資格問題之爭議,應於賽前或比賽進行中提出,賽後不予受理。
(二)申訴:
合法之申訴,在比賽當時得用口頭申訴外,應於該場比賽結束後卅分鐘內,填妥大會規定之申訴書(競賽規程後頁之附表),由領隊簽章後,連同保證金参仟元整向該項裁判長提出。最後判決以審判委員會決議為終決,不得異議。
審判委員會決議抗議不成立時,得沒收保證金為大會應用。
13. Protests:
(1) Competition Disputes:

If the rules explicitly provide a regulation, or include a note of equivalent meaning, the referee’s decision is final and no protest may be filed.

Disputes regarding eligibility must be raised before or during the competition; protests submitted after the event will not be accepted.
(2) Filing a Protest:

A valid protest may be made verbally during the competition. In addition, a written protest must be submitted within 30 minutes after the conclusion of the match using the official protest form (attached at the back of the competition regulations).

The form must be signed and stamped by the team leader and submitted, along with a NT$3,000 deposit, to the referee in charge of the event.

The final decision of the protest is made by the Judging Committee and is final and binding.

If the Judging Committee rules the protest invalid, the deposit will be forfeited to the organizing committee.
