報名規定：

每單位得報名女子一隊，每隊得報領隊、教練、管理各一人，隊員（含隊長）16人。

比賽制度：

如排球比賽制度。

1. 分組如籃球：
   • 各組報名一隊不舉行比賽，二隊採三賽二勝制。
   • 各組報名五隊以下（含五隊）採單循環制。
   • 各組報名六隊以上（含六隊）採分組循環。
   • 以第 35 屆各組優勝隊為種子隊。
   • 分二組循環時，種子隊按 1、4、2、3 名分配，種子隊分配後再抽其餘各隊。
   • 分四組循環時，種子隊分配在各組後再抽其餘各隊。
   • 分二組循環時，取分組前2名交叉決賽，預賽成績保留。
   • 分四組循環時，取冠軍隊作循環決賽。
2. 每場採三局二勝制。

錦標評定：

如排球錦標評定。

1. 勝一場得二分，敗一場得一分，棄權零分，以積分多寡判定名次。
2. 凡中途棄權退出比賽者不列入名次，其已賽之相關各隊成績均不予計算。
3. 積分相等時：二隊以上積分相等時，以各隊在該循環賽中，勝局總數除以負局總數之商數判定名次，上項商數如相等，則以各隊在該循環賽中，勝分總數除以負分總數之商數判定名次。如仍無法分出勝負，若只二隊則以勝者為勝，三隊以上則抽籤決定之。

比賽規則：

採用中華民國躲避球協會公佈之最新躲避球規則。

比賽用球：

Casper 卡斯柏膠質 3 號躲避球（氣壓 0.13~0.20）。

Registration Rules:

• Each unit may register one women’s team.

• Each team may include one leader, one coach, and one manager.

• Team members (including the captain): 16 athletes.

Competition System:

• Follows the rules of volleyball competition.

Grouping (like basketball):

• If only one team registers in a group, no match will be held.

• If two teams register in a group, a best-of-three series is used (first to win 2 games).

• If five teams or fewer (including five) register in a group, a single round-robin system is used.

• If six teams or more (including six) register in a group, grouped round-robin is used.

• Seed teams are based on the 35th edition winners of each group.

• For two-group round-robin, seed teams are distributed as 1, 4, 2, 3. After seed allocation, remaining teams are drawn randomly.

• For four-group round-robin, seed teams are allocated to each group, then the remaining teams are drawn randomly.

• For two-group round-robin, the top 2 teams from each group advance to cross finals, retaining preliminary results.

• For four-group round-robin, the champion teams advance to a final round-robin.

• Each match is best-of-three sets.

Scoring and Ranking:

• Follows volleyball scoring rules.

• Win: 2 points, Loss: 1 point, Forfeit: 0 points. Rankings are determined by total points.

• Teams that withdraw during the competition are not ranked, and their results are not counted.

• Tie-breaking:

  • If two or more teams are tied, rankings are determined by the ratio of total sets won to total sets lost in the round-robin.

  • If still tied, the ratio of total points won to total points lost is used.

  • If still unresolved, for two teams, the winner of their match ranks higher; for three or more teams, rankings are decided by drawing lots.

Competition Rules:

• Follows the latest dodgeball rules published by the Chinese Taipei Dodgeball Association.

Competition Ball:

• Casper No. 3 rubber dodgeball (air pressure: 0.13–0.20).
