報名規定：

1. 每單位得報名一隊，每隊得報領隊、教練、管理各一人，隊員（含隊長）13 人。
2. 隊員中須有二位年齡達 50 歲以上，或二位合計年齡達 100 歲以上。

比賽制度：

1. 分組如籃球：
   • 各組報名一隊不舉行比賽，二隊採三賽二勝制。
   • 各組報名五隊以下（含五隊）採單循環制。
   • 各組報名六隊以上（含六隊）採分組循環。
   • 以第 35 屆各組優勝隊為種子隊。
   • 分二組循環時，種子隊按 1、4、2、3 名分配，種子隊分配後再抽其餘各隊。
   • 分四組循環時，種子隊分配在各組後再抽其餘各隊。
   • 分二組循環時，取分組前2名交叉決賽，預賽成績保留。
   • 分四組循環時，取冠軍隊作循環決賽。
2. 每場採五點三勝制，均為雙打（預賽五點均須賽完，否則没收該場比賽）。
3. 每點採一盤六局先勝制，局數五平時先贏兩局（七比五）者獲勝。局數六平時，最後決勝局採搶七制，先得七分者獲勝，唯比數六比六（丟士）時，比賽須延長到得二分差止。
4. 每位球員皆不可兼點重複上場比賽。
5. 第三點必須由二位 50 歲以上隊員出賽，如報名隊員中 50 歲以上不足二位時，允許二位合計 100 歲以上者出賽。
6. 隊員人數不足時須從第一點排起，中間不得輪空（第三點不在此限），且須於賽前向裁判長提出，並由裁判長告知對隊，否則没收該場比賽。

錦標評定：

1. 每場比賽，先得三點者獲勝（預賽五點均須賽完）。
2. 勝一場得二分，敗一場得一分，棄權零分，以積分多寡判定名次。
3. 凡中途棄權退出比賽者不列入名次，其已賽之相關各隊成績均不予計算。
4. 積分相等時：如桌球積分相等評定。
   • 兩隊積分相等時，以該兩隊比賽之勝隊獲勝。
   • 三隊以上積分相等時，以各隊在該循環比賽中相關比賽結果之勝、負點數之商數判定名次。如仍相等，則以勝、負局數之商數判定名次。如仍再相等，則以總勝分與總負分數之商數判定名次。如仍無法分出勝負則以抽籤決定之。

採用中華民國網球協會公佈之最新網球規則。

Registration Rules:

• Each unit may register one team.

• Each team may include one leader, one coach, and one manager.

• Team members (including the captain): 13 players.

• Among the team members, there must be at least two players aged 50 or above, or two players whose combined age is at least 100.

Competition System:

• Grouping (like basketball):

  • If only one team registers in a group, no match will be held.

  • If two teams register in a group, a best-of-three series is used (first to win 2 matches).

  • If five teams or fewer (including five) register in a group, a single round-robin is used.

  • If six teams or more (including six) register in a group, grouped round-robin is used.

  • Seed teams are based on the 35th edition winners of each group.

  • For two-group round-robin, seed teams are distributed as 1, 4, 2, 3. After seed allocation, remaining teams are drawn randomly.

  • For four-group round-robin, seed teams are allocated to each group, then the remaining teams are drawn randomly.

  • For two-group round-robin, the top 2 teams from each group advance to cross finals, retaining preliminary results.

  • For four-group round-robin, the champion teams advance to a final round-robin.

• Match Format:

  • Each match is best-of-five points, with three points needed to win, all doubles.

  • In the preliminary round, all five points must be played; failure to complete forfeits the match.

  • Each point is best-of-six games.

    • If games are tied 5–5, the first to win two consecutive games (7–5) wins.

    • If games are tied 6–6, a tiebreak to 7 points is played; if tied 6–6 in the tiebreak (deuce), play continues until a 2-point margin is achieved.

  • No player may participate in multiple points in the same match.

  • The third point must be played by the two players aged 50 or above. If fewer than two players aged 50+, two players whose combined age is 100 or more may play.

  • If there are not enough players, points must start from the first point, and gaps are not allowed (except for the third point). The referee must be informed before the match, who will notify the opposing team; otherwise, the match is forfeited.

Scoring and Ranking:

• A team wins the match by winning three points (all five points in preliminary rounds must be completed).

• Win: 2 points, Loss: 1 point, Forfeit: 0 points. Rankings are determined by total points.

• Teams that withdraw during the competition are not ranked, and their results are not counted.

Tie-breaking:

• Follows table tennis tie-breaking rules:

  • If two teams are tied, the winner of their match ranks higher.

  • If three or more teams are tied, rankings are determined by the ratio of points won to points lost in the round-robin.

  • If still tied, the ratio of games won to games lost is used.

  • If still tied, the ratio of total points won to total points lost is used.

  • If still unresolved, drawing lots will decide.

Competition Rules:

• Follows the latest tennis rules published by the Chinese Taipei Tennis Association.
